The data processed by Les Meublés de Madeleine are not on the public part of our site, which avoids a first risk of attack and data loss. We store the information on a server whose access is secured and reserved to a few internal people. You have no direct access apart from our e-mail exchanges (no password management).

The personal data collected from Tenants according to their status is as follows :

Student / trainee :
– Copy of valid identity card (R/V) or passport.
– Copy of valid visa or residence permit if foreign student.
– Copy of the school certificate or confirmation of enrolment.
– Copy of the internship agreement.
– Copy of the last three rent receipts.
– BANK DETAILS.

Employee :
– Copy of valid identity card (R/V) or passport + copy of valid visa or residence permit if foreign employee.
– Certificate of less than 3 months from the employer or copy of the employment contract if newly hired.
– Copy of salary slips for the last 3 months.
– Copy of the 4 pages of the last two income tax notices.
– Copy of the last property tax or the last 3 rent receipts.
– BANK DETAILS.

Retired:
– Copy of valid identity document (R/V) or passport.
– Copy of the retirement pension certificate for the current year.
– Copy of the 4 pages of the last two income tax notices.
– Copy of the last property tax or the last 3 rent receipts.
– BANK DETAILS.

Liberal profession:
– Copy of valid identity document (R/V) or passport.
– Copy of the 4 pages of the last two income tax notices.
– Copy of the Kbis of less than 3 months or equivalent or professional card.
– Copy of the last property tax or the last 3 receipts.
– BANK DETAILS.

Company:
– Copy of the Kbis less than 3 months old.
– Copy of the signatory’s valid identity document. (if this person is not on the Kbis, add the power of attorney and the identity document of the person giving the power of attorney which appears on the Kbis).
– Copy of the identity document (R/V) of the occupant or valid passport + copy of the visa or valid residence permit if a foreign employee.
– Copy of the employer’s certificate of assignment.
– Copy of the tax return showing N and N-1.
– Position of the signatory in the company.
– Bank details of the company.

 

5. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA ?

Use of the tenant’s personal data for the drafting and signing of rental contracts.

 

6. CONSERVATION ET SUPPRESSION DES DONNÉES ?

We only keep your personal data for as long as it is required for the management of rental files.
At your request, we will delete or anonymise your personal data so that you can no longer be identified, unless we are permitted or required by law to retain certain personal data, including in the following situations:
If there is an unresolved issue with your file, such as an unpaid or unresolved claim or dispute, we will retain the necessary personal data until the issue is resolved;
If we are required to retain personal data due to professional, legal, tax, audit and accounting obligations, we will retain the necessary personal data for the period required by the applicable law; and/or If the data is required for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention.

What has not changed is Madeleine’s ongoing commitment to ensuring the privacy and security of our users. For the past 10 years, the privacy and security of our users’ personal data has been a priority, with no leaks detected on our servers.
